About me
Sanjeev Thamman, MHS OTR, and Bindu Thamman, PT, are the founders of Cascade Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where they have maintained a private practice since 2008. Sanjeev has practiced occupational therapy since 1990 and holds a Master of Health Science from the University of Indianapolis. He is NDTA certified and has integrated advanced manual therapy approaches — including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, and Strain Counterstrain — into occupation-centered practice since 1994. His clinical background spans special education and fourteen years at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital working with individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and stroke. Together, Sanjeev and Bindu have treated clients ranging from six weeks to 106 years old, and developed the Thamman Method from decades of combined clinical experience bridging manual therapy and occupational science to restore fearless, automatic daily function.
